Corporate Director of Education

The Corporate Director of Education is responsible for providing a comprehensive training and support program for campus level Directors of Education.  The Corporate Director of Education identifies training needs, ensures the effective delivery of that training, provides written training resource documentation, and provides appropriate follow-up to ensure the continuous development of academic leaders within the organization.


As the Director of Education, you will be responsible for the general administration of the institution's Education Department, Program Managers, support staff and faculty.  You will manager mentors and support all education staff and faculty at the assigned campus.  In addition, you will assist the Campus Director in assuring compliance with all campus policies and regulatory agency requirements.

Responsibilities include:

    • Identify training needs in all areas related to educational services including but not limited to Directors of Education;
    • Development of effective training materials and programs that drive execution for key positions within academics;
    • In partnership with the VP of Education identify campus opportunities that relate to training deficiencies and formulate solutions;
    • Stay current with all company policy and procedure revisions to ensure accuracy of training materials and programs;
    • Work with Directors of Education and Instructional Staff to ensure teaching methods align with the educational materials provided and follow the standardized curriculum;
    • Partner with the VP of Education to ensure the institution’s meet their student retention objectives, monitor overall student academic progress, ensure completion rate goals are being achieved;
    • Monitor licensure rates and develop a plan of action where improvement is needed;
    • Work with Corporate/Campus leadership to move the hybrid model to its most efficient level;
    • Review schedules for optimization of student/teacher ratios and space needs.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

Successful candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in related area;
  • Previous supervisory experience and knowledge;
  • Qualification for and previous experience in teaching or administration in a postsecondary proprietary educational setting;
  • Strong understanding of regulatory procedures and compliance;
  • A passion for helping students succeed;
  • Previous supervisory experience and knowledge;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to ensure established policy and procedures are followed uniformly.
